             Rental Policies:

Identification

  • Valid driver’s license or ID card.

Payment/Deposit

  • Payment upfront required on all rentals.

  • Deposits made by cash only.

  • Please contact our sales representatives for deposit amount and deposit type concerning your rental.

  • Rates charged every 24 hrs from the moment of delivery.

FREE Delivery and Pick-up (monday - Saturday)​

Equipment return

  • All the tools must be returned clean and functioning.

  • Gas tools must return with full gas tank. (just like when you rent a car)

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please call our sales representative for current pricing. Bocas Tool Rentals charges for time out; returning equipment promptly will ensure the lowest rates.

Prices subject to change. Please call for long-term and multiple unit discounts. All rental charges are for time out, whether equipment is used or not.

Problems

Please call immediately with any problems or questions. We can not provide the best service possible unless we are notified of equipment related concerns. Contacting our rental staff immediately in the event of a problem will allow us to adjust your rental time accordingly.

Responsibility

Customers are responsible for rental equipment from time of delivery to time of pickup. All equipment should be secured and sheltered from inclement weather or vandalism while in customer’s possession.

Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
